Copyright and reports

What this is for
TallYarn hosts what its users write, and a share link shows a script to anyone who has it. If something here infringes your copyright, or is abusive or unlawful, tell us and we’ll act on it.
Copyright notices
Send a notice to the address below with:
- the work you own: its title and where it’s published;
- where the infringing material is on TallYarn: the share link, or the story and scene;
- your name, postal address and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, their agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your signature (typed is fine).
We’ll remove or disable access to the material promptly and tell the account holder, who may send a counter-notice. If they do, we pass it to you and restore the material after ten business days, unless you tell us you’ve filed a court action. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed.
You can use this from anywhere: it’s also our notice-and-action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act, and the address below is our contact point for users and authorities.
Other reports
For abuse, harassment, illegal content or a privacy concern, email the same address with the link and what’s wrong. We’ll acknowledge it, look into it, and tell you what we did.
